Joy——it is a 3 letter word that has many meanings to everyone. Some days it is hard to find that Joy. I look around and try to find it in the small things. Taking in the breath and observing the pollinators. They move from one flower to the next in beautiful symmetry. In the Arctic it includes not only Bees and Wasps but Flys. Joy to me can be found in the simplicity of things. Pollinators do so much but have made the complexity of things appear simple.
Quiet and slow movement.
Calm movement on the next flower.
Side by side doing the same job even though we are very different.
I encourage everyone to look out in nature and embrace the Joy around you.
