Everyday Adventures in Patience

Patience is not easy for anyone. It requires attention to the moment around us. There fore with all the distractions of our world, it is not an easy task. Everyone needs to take a page from the Ravens’ playbook. First, be present, second breathe to be calm and third wait. We might be surprised and inspired to wait at that moment. Everyday Adventure is just around the corner —or beside us.

Patience is rewarded in large and small ways. This moment for the Raven and me —-inspired me by patience to enjoy the beauty of friends. They come with joy, fun, and calm. Combined with the beauty of nature therefore a treat for the senses.

Each time I look at the seals —-I see playfulness. A moment to enjoy those around us and chose to play. The Raven inspires me to stay calm and above all embrace the unexpected as you come out to play and breathe, or patiently wait to see your friends.
